Covid-19 Update

COVID-19 Update from Mike Schilling, President & CEO

Team Canada - our Members are doing their bit to work together and help fight the Covid-19 virus!
We realize that our Members need access to banking services – we are an essential service and that is why Community Savings is committed to keeping our branches open throughout this crisis.
To best protect our Members, our amazing team and the wider community we need to follow the advice of the public health authorities and the federal and provincial governments.  We are promoting ‘physical distancing’ and ask our Members to visit a branch for essential business only.
With physical distancing in place, there are many other ways we can help you:
• Contact us by phone and you will be able to speak to one of our branch staff
• Online banking lets you bank from the comfort of your home.
Mobile banking app gives you the ability to bank anywhere.
• Members have access to over 4,000 Ding free ATMs
• Transfer funds with Me-to-Me or Interac e-transfers
• Deposit cheques online with Deposit Anywhere
Your credit union is in a strong position to help and we have reached out to Members and our wider community to offer a financial support package to help people with the financial hardships they are currently facing. The Community Savings Team is working harder than ever to help support our community in these challenging times - we are this together.
If you have any questions about the above services, or any other enquiries, please call us and speak to our branch team:
