Our team is looking for a Digital Content/UX Coordinator. At CSCU the digital Content/UX Coordinator is a subject matter expert responsible for the end user's experience for internal and customer-facing services across all of our digital applications and social media channels. The Digital Content/UX Coordinator is familiar web analytics and SEO best practice, and uses this data to make informed content and design decisions. This role is instrumental in our organization as this person acts as a key stakeholder for our technology roadmap as it relates to digital channels... but that is just the technical part. 

What we are REALLY looking for is someone with graphic design and marketing skills who’s got a bit of development experience, a passion for communication, and a commitment to a great customer experience. Someone who is a team player and displays highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long term relationships with co-workers and internal/external stakeholders alike. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and adapt to change is a given.

Salary: 57,840.00 - $71,772.00 /year

Total Compensation: 13% RRSP contribution by the employer + Extended health benefits + Other financial perks such as a free account, reduced rates on loans, mortgages, and VisaCards, and zero-interest loans to buy computers or fitness equipment for home use + access to best in class Learning Management System.

Location: Surrey Head Office or Remote

Basic Role Qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent in Marketing, plus two years related marketing/graphic design experience
  • Completed or are pursuing certification in User Experience 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, and web design
  • Understanding of the technologies and tools specific to the development of website, apps, third party software, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity of credit union products and services
  • OR, An equivalent combination of education and experience
