Human Resources Administrative Assistant – Temporary Assignment, 3 months approx.

As the administrative support to the HR department, this position is focused on providing customer services and answering a variety of employee inquiries related to Human Resources. The individual will be responsible for accessing and completing human resource processes and generating and submitting human resource documents in orderly and timely manner. 

This also includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management and internal HR issues.   • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organization, planning, coordination, prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Ability to successfully recognize, analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, exercising good judgement and initiative
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts and to provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work
  • Has knowledge of MS Office Suite
