New Westminster Branch Update

Our New Westminster branch is relocating to a brand-new space at the Royal Square Mall, #25B - 800 McBride Blvd., on Tuesday, August 26th. This modern and more centrally located branch is designed to enhance your banking experience — with improved accessibility, updated amenities, and the same friendly team you know and trust.

To prepare for the move, our current 8th Avenue branch will close at 3pm on Saturday, August 16th.

To help ensure a smooth transition during our move to Royal Square Mall, please review the following important details:

ATM Access

• Our 8th Avenue branch ATM will remain available until 3pm, Friday, August 15th.
• The Royal Square Mall branch ATM will be accessible starting Tuesday, August 26th.
• Don’t forget — you have access to ding-free® deposits and withdrawals at credit union ATMs across New Westminster and at over 4,000 locations nationwide.

Online & Mobile Banking

Stay connected to your finances anytime, anywhere:

• Use our online banking or mobile app to deposit cheques, send Interac e-Transfers, pay bills, and transfer funds.
• Not signed up yet? Give us a call or visit your branch to get started. For phone enrollments, please be ready to answer a few quick security questions.

Safety Deposit Boxes

While the new branch is not yet officially open, you can access your safety deposit box at Royal Square Mall by appointment only between August 19th and August 23rd. To schedule an appointment, please call 604-654-2000 and select New Westminster branch.
