NOTICE OF 2026 DIRECTOR ELECTION AND CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

The Nominating Committee of Community Savings Credit Union is pleased to notify members that an election of directors is to take place in 2026. There are three (3) positions on our Board of Directors which are to be filled in the election, each for a three (3) year term. The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Community Savings Credit Union is to take place on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

If you are interested in submitting your name for consideration as a candidate, would like a nomination package or more details, interested parties can contact the Chair of the Nominating Committee by calling (604) 637-5191 or sending an email to agm@comsavings.com. To qualify, candidates must be at least 19 years of age and a member in good standing of Community Savings for at least the last 12 months prior to the date of this notice. Candidates must be available to attend a minimum of 10 meetings per year through Board and Committee participation. Ideal candidates have leadership experience, are financially literate, possess high ethical standards, and have strong business judgement. Candidates will also be required to meet the eligibility requirements of applicable legislation; the Rules of Community Savings and other requirements as may be determined by the Nominating Committee. Nominations and completed packages must be received by no later than Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 5:00 pm, by mail or delivery to a Community Savings Branch or The Administrative Office located at 900-7380 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3W 5A5, attention: Nominating Committee. To be eligible to vote in the election, a person must be a member who is 19 years of age or older and be a member in good standing 120 days prior to the date on which balloting is to commence
