The Surrey branch will be undergoing extensive renovations and will be temporarily closed from May 22nd to early fall 2024..
We are excited to announce that a brand-new branch experience is coming to your Surrey branch. A welcoming and modern design is planned, and renovations will start on Wednesday, May 22nd.
To facilitate a fast renovation and to ensure the safety of our members, the branch will be temporarily closed from May 22nd to early fall 2024.
To assist with your banking during the temporary closure, please review the following options:
ATM Network
Our ATM will be closed during the renovation. The closest ding-free ATM to the Surrey branch is right across the street at Prospera Credit Union, 7488 King George Blvd. A reminder that you have access to ding-free deposits and withdrawals at credit union ATMs in Surrey - and over 4000 ATMs nationwide. It's a bigger network than most banks!
Online Banking
Our online banking and mobile banking app lets you bank on the go and from the comfort of your home. Our mobile app lets you deposit cheques, send e-transfers, transfer funds and much more.
If you haven't enrolled for online banking, please visit or call the branch. If you are calling by phone, please note you will be asked security verification questions.
Safety Deposit Boxes
Access to your safety deposit box will be available by appointment from 9 am -10 am, Tuesday to Friday.
With limited access to your safety deposit box, we recommend that you plan ahead and schedule an appointment according to your upcoming needs or events. You can also schedule a second appointment if you need to return items to your safety deposit box.

New Westminster Branch
If you need to visit a branch, your closest branch to Surrey is located at 1188 8th Ave, New Westminster and is open from Tuesday to Saturday. See our website for a full list of our branches and hours of operation.
